Meet the Tiptons
My wife and I originally met during high school, but we lived 5 hours apart and never dated during that time. We romantically connected after eight years of a touch-and-go friendship. Kristyn swiftly snatched up my heart, we fell in love, and a year later we were married. Nine short years later, we’re raising three kiddos: Ellie, Jack, and Leo.

As our name conveys, we are here to shield and protect our clients from unexpected risks in life.
In the same way I protect and care for my family, I want to help my clients protect themselves and care for their families. Life insurance and annuities help create a concrete plan for protecting ourselves and our loved ones in all stages of life.

My Education
I graduated from Northwestern State University with a degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Finance.
I spent over a decade as the Chief of Operations for a large general contractor. While there, I was able to assess the needs and desires of each customer to provide solutions that best served the requirements and financial constraints of their unique project.
I am now able to continue that client-focused approach as a financial professional, maintaining the highest standards of a moral fiduciary.
What brought me here?
After years of striving to provide a high standard of quality and service in the construction industry, I begin to notice the lack of personal connection between contractor and client. Completing a contractual obligation was merely a transaction. I wanted to provide something more.
Shortly after this realization, I was given an opportunity to transition into the financial industry. The obvious benefit was the chance to come alongside real people with real needs and help them in a personal, meaningful way. I have been able to strive for the same standard of professional service, but with the addition of the friendships and connections that come with helping my clients.
I spent my first three years in the industry working alongside a mentor who is a National Industry Leader as a life insurance and annuity agent. I learned how I can best assist our clients in all stages of life by providing educational information and personal solutions that help them meet their goals and desires.
I am now the Founder and President of Armor Life & Annuity. I have the privilege, once again, of partnering with industry leaders and professionals of the utmost integrity. Our team provides the personal strategies that our clients need most.
